Anna University CGPA to Percentage
Anna University’s Regulations 2021 convert the CGPA on the consolidated grade sheet to a percentage by multiplying by 10.

Your institution’s formula decides. There is no single national SGPA/CGPA-to-percentage formula in India. What the regulation says
Clause 15.5.3 of the Regulations 2021 for B.E./B.Tech. programmes at non-autonomous affiliated institutions reads: “In the consolidated grade sheet the CGPA earned shall be converted into percentage of marks as follows: Percentage of Marks = CGPA × 10.”

How do I convert Anna University CGPA to percentage?
Under Anna University's Regulations 2021 for B.E./B.Tech. at affiliated (non-autonomous) institutions, clause 15.5.3 says the CGPA on the consolidated grade sheet is converted as Percentage of Marks = CGPA × 10. So a CGPA of 8.12 is 81.2%.
Does the ×10 rule apply to every Anna University programme?

Do U grades count in Anna University GPA?
